When you say the name Angela Lansbury, you will easily remember her iconic character in Disney’s original Beauty and the Beast as Mrs. Potts. She was born into an upper-middle-class family in Regent’s Park, Central London on October 16, 1925. Her version of the animated series’ official soundtrack with the same title would also bring everyone the chills whenever she sings it. She is a well-respected film, T.V., and theatre actress, who started in the business in 1943. With her many contributions to the industry, she got an Honorary Oscar. Now, at 94, she might be living her best life in her traditional Irish farmhouse in County Cork, which was designed by her good friend Stephen Pearce.
