ALEX FERGUSON – $3 MILLION, CHESHIRE

Scottish former football manager Alex Ferguson is widely known for managing Manchester United from 1986 to 2013. He is considered by many as one of the greatest managers of all time. He obtained more trophies than any other manager in the history of football. He’s also best known for his stint with the Rangers as a player early on in his career. He was the top goalscorer while playing for Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish League in the 1965-1966 season.

Towards the conclusion of his playing career, Ferguson served as a coach and eventually a manager with East Stirlingshire and St Mirren. Throughout his career, the football manager went on to handle several other teams. At some point in his life, when his financial gain increased to some degree, he bought a house in Wilmslow, Cheshire, for around $3 million.
