Allison Janney was born on November 19, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio. She is an American film and television actress. Jenny is best known for her role as C. J. Cregg in the American TV series The West Wing. For her work in the film, Jenny won four Emmy Awards and was nominated for four Golden Globe Awards, one Academy Award nomination, and two Emmy Awards. She turned into a strong proponent against opioid consumption and abuse after she had to live through her own brother’s addiction to the drug and eventual suicide.
